About The Role
Maxa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Delivery Manager who is passionate about delivering transformative financial and operational insights to our customers while effectively managing project execution.
As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring both successful project delivery and maximum value creation through our solutions. You'll orchestrate cross-functional teams, including business specialists and engineers, while maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' business challenges and how our solutions address them.
You will drive project success using Maxa's proven onboarding methodology, which you'll help evolve based on your experience and insights. Beyond managing timelines and resources, you'll be deeply engaged in the substance of what we deliver - understanding our customers' financial and operational challenges, ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful impact, and working closely with C-level executives to drive transformation in their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent enterprise implementation projects using Maxa's onboarding methodology, ensuring both timely delivery and maximum value creation for customers
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' financial and operational challenges, ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, serving as a trusted advisor on both implementation and solution value
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between business specialists, engineers and product team to deliver optimal solutions
- Drive continuous improvement of Maxa's onboarding methodology based on project experiences and customer feedback
- Monitor both project health and solution effectiveness, ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations and drive business value
- Champion best practices in implementation while remaining flexible to adapt to specific customer needs
- Identify opportunities to expand solution value and drive customer success

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementation
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in English and French
- Experience with enterprise customers in financial services or related industries preferred
