About the role
As a Support Specialist, you will support our clients via inbound calls, website chats, and emails. This role will be a hybrid one based in our Jamestown, NY office. Our Support Team is best in class and vital to our customers’ success. We seek dedicated professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This position will require you to work with various people in different roles to deliver the best experience possible for our customers.
