Customer Success Specialist (Temp to hire)

Location: Mission Viejo, CA (FULLY ONSITE!)

Pay Rate: $24-27/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Processing

• Retrieve and process unfulfilled eCommerce orders from MedShift into QuickBooks Desktop.
• Verify customer status:
  • Existing Customers : Locate and match records in QuickBooks.
  • New Customers : Create new customer profiles in QuickBooks and track them in a separate worksheet.
• Create and manage Sales Orders in QuickBooks, ensuring:
  • Correct class assignment and order date alignment with MedShift.
  • Accurate entry of shipping details, tax information, item codes, pricing, and coupon codes .
  • Inclusion of shipping charges, tax amounts, and a customer acknowledgment message .
• Generate Received Payment Forms and submit invoices to the finance team.
• Expected workload: ~3 hours per day , with an average order processing time of 3 minutes per order .

Data Maintenance & Reporting

• Maintain and update coupon code tracking worksheets.
• Export sales data from MedShift and QuickBooks for reporting.
• Retrieve and filter customer order data as needed.
• Advanced Excel skills required for data organization, filtering, and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel (Advanced filtering, data organization).

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

✔ Experience in sales order processing, eCommerce, or customer success is a plus.
