Corporate Event Planner

Are you a detail-oriented, creative individual with a passion for organizing successful corporate events? We are seeking an experienced Corporate Event Planner to join our team and deliver exceptional events for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate corporate events, including conferences, meetings, and team-building activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand event objectives and goals.
• Manage logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and event timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure events stay within budget.
• Oversee event execution, ensuring seamless on-site operations.
• Develop creative event concepts and ensure a high-quality attendee experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate event planning or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of event software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed for events.
