Clinical Care Delivery provides high quality, patient-centered care focused on diagnosing, treating and managing care while ensuring the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the practice. Clinical Services are responsible for medical services that directly or indirectly provide healthcare to patients. Essential Functions include registering new patients, assisting during medical procedures, taking vital signs, scheduling external labs, diagnostic and other follow-up for patients, requesting and obtaining necessary clinical documents for the patient’s chart, updating medical records, organizing examination rooms, sterilizing/preparing medical instruments, disposal of contaminated supplies, following up on patient calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating dictation schedule, assisting with verifying health insurance coverage and other clerical duties, regular attendance and punctuality, contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, ensuring all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved, performing any other functions as required by management, and ability to work a flexible schedule as necessary. Qualifications include 0-2 years of experience preferred, High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred, certified or eligible for certification as a Medical Assistant in the state of employment, current CPR certification, bilingual Spanish, and requirement to cover both the cCARE Riverside and cCARE Victorville locations. The role involves acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks, working on basic and routine assignments, selecting correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelines, work is closely managed and follows detailed instructions, and seeking regular guidance and advice from supervisor.
