Job Overview:
This position serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team to assist in patient care activities. This care includes activities to ensure patient/family satisfaction. The incumbent requires the ability to perform various clinical activities, from simple to complex with accuracy and efficiency. Participates in unit quality improvement initiatives. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient s age specific needs and provide age specific treatment and care.
