Job Title: Cisco Voice Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Permanent, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $75-90,000 (Based on Experience)

Summary:
Verigent's client is seeking a skilled Cisco Voice Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco UC solutions, including CUCM and CUC, with a strong focus on moves, adds, and changes (MACs) within a Cisco voice environment. This role will involve configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting voice systems to ensure seamless communication across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Perform moves, adds, and changes (MACs) for Cisco voice systems, including CUCM and CUC.
- Configure and maintain Cisco IP phones, voicemail, call routing, and dial plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP, call quality, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in the administration and optimization of Cisco Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and user training for voice communication systems.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate voice services with other enterprise applications.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
- Experience with moves, adds, and changes (MACs) in a Cisco UC environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
