About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join their dynamic team. The CPO will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and business scaling, particularly in emerging markets. This visionary leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's mission and is adaptable to the unique needs of diverse regions. Key responsibilities include leading the product team, expanding into new territories, and penetrating different verticals to foster business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on technology, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, tech start-up or scale-up environment, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Candidates for the CPO position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and have a minimum of 10 years experience in a senior technology leadership role. In-depth knowledge of banking systems and technology, as well as experience in tech transformation, is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and management abilities, a strong background in technology, and experience in leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with Polish language skills being a plus, and must be able to demonstrate a track record of successful product development and market expansion. Collaboration, market analysis, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities are also key attributes for this role.
