Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with the expertise to drive growth in commercial electrical services, including responsibilities for market expansion, client relationship management, and sales strategy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, networking, and events.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth and strategic partnerships.

  • Develop tailored electrical solutions for clients and collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation and project execution.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and monitor proposals.

  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility.

  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of business development experience in the commercial electrical industry.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction and maintenance services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, on-site role.

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000

  • Commission and bonus potential
