We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and driven Brand Ambassadors to represent Lykos Capital in the El Monte area. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company and the brands we represent. You’ll play a vital role in creating positive first impressions, driving brand awareness, and fostering meaningful customer relationships. Key Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador:

  • Engage with potential customers in-person, delivering a friendly and informative experience that represents our brands positively
  • Create a lasting impression of the brand by building rapport with customers and generating interest in the products and services we offer
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge when addressing customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Collect valuable customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing, sales, and management teams to improve customer experiences and refine our strategies
  • Gather customer feedback to provide valuable insight to the marketing, sales, and management team
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, clients, and team members to foster trust and loyalty
  • Represent the brand’s values of integrity, sincerity, and professionalism at all times, ensuring alignment with our core principles

Qualifications of a Brand Ambassador:

  • Previous Experience in Brand Ambassador, Marketing 
  • An outgoing, energetic personality and passion for engaging with people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to a variety of customer needs
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
