Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members remotely. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively. Previous experience in benefits or sales is a plus but not required.
