This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Construction Project Manager located in Orlando, FL. The Assistant Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily construction activities, assisting in project management tasks, ensuring that project timelines and budgets are adhered to, and providing support to the senior project managers. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, managing resources, and interfacing with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.

• Skills in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Project Management techniques and tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in commercial construction projects is a plus
