Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and gas/diesel systems for various rental equipment and tools.
• Maintain detailed service documentation.
• Train and mentor junior technicians when needed.
• Demonstrate equipment operation to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic mechanical understanding and a desire to grow in the trade.
• Experience or knowledge in construction, farm equipment, or automotive repair is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams.
• A basic set of tools.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
